Shipping & Handling

We offer free FedEx Ground shipping on all U.S. orders.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Shipping Confirmation: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• Shipping Upgrades: Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost, which varies by artwork size and destination. To request an upgrade, please email here.

• International Shipping: Available for select countries, with rates based on location and artwork size. For international orders, please email here.

• Import Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival. Austin Kerr LLC is not responsible for these charges.

We offer exclusive trade discounts for interior designers, architects, and other industry professionals.

• 10% off all art purchases under $15,000

• 15% off all art purchases over $15,000

To qualify, please email austin@austinkerr.com with one of the following:

• Resale certificate

• Proof of current AI or IDI provincial registration

• Proof of current ASID membership

• Interior design certification (e.g., NCIDQ, CCIDC)

Special Services

If you are interested in seeing how a particular piece of art would look in your space, we offer the following options:

• Photoshop Mockups: We can digitally place the artwork into your space to help visualize the piece before purchasing.

• Art on Approval: Artwork can be taken out on approval at the expense and liability of the client.

For Photoshop Mockups, please provide:

• A high-quality image of your space with optimal lighting.

• A straight-on photo of the wall (not at an angle).

• The title(s) of the artwork you are considering.

• Measurements of the wall height, room width, and/or space between objects (e.g., between a door frame and a cabinet).

Return & Exchange Policy

All artwork sales are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps to ensure we can assist you:

• Before opening the package, take clear photos of any visible damage to the packaging.

• Carefully remove the contents and document the condition of the artwork with additional photos.

• Email austin@austinkerr.com as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Important: We cannot file a shipping claim without photographic evidence of the damaged item and its original packaging. Each case will be reviewed individually, and while we cannot guarantee a resolution, we will make every effort to find a satisfactory solution.
